Once bitten twice shy! After numerous attempts to resolve major issues with these people I decided it was not worth my time. I made my protest with my feet. I took my 4 domains elsewhere and am really happy at my new host.
NoMonthlyAccess are unreliable. Their tech support sux. It should be called 'Dont bother us, we're 'upgrading' (reads breaking) the servers.' The problem was always on 'my' end, never theirs. The doubling of the annual fees was plain stealing.
Their 'upgrade' as they call it was really to take your static IP away and give you a shared IP. I shudder to think how many domains they host on a single IP, and on a single machine.
Bottom line.. If you like wasting money, are prepared for no support when things go wrong, If you don't mind being treated like a child with no internet experience I recommend them wholehartedly. Otherwise.. STAY AWAY.
