Been using them for nearly a year now and although the control panel and the emails are OK, it was bumpy at first because tech support was cumbersome and slow. There is also very little information in their forums to help you without having to call someone.
I like the price and the email hosting. But nowadays support doesn't email or call you when they say they will. I also just found out that I don't have access to the five subdomains that are part of my account and that I have to contact "billing" on Monday to see why. Tech support says they can't help me.
This is good hosting if you don't mind doing everything yourself.
