The site seems to go down at least once or twice a month. Usually in the middle of the day and sometimes for as long as 8 hours. They offer partial refunds for downtime, but you must file an on-line incidentas soon as the site goes down to get credit. Installing non-standard executables and modules was a real pain in the butt. The underlying server directory structure is aliased all over the place and you often cannot get permissions you need, even with tech support assisting. The tech support guys are generally not informed or knowledgeable about problems that arise. Most end up having to have an admin take over.
