I started with OLM.net based on the suggestion of a friend who is using them for webhosting. Service was fine for about 8 months, but for the past few months, outages became commonplace, and all support would do was keep it open for a few days and then close it. No explanation was ever given nor did uptime get any better. On the other hand, my friend (who was on a different server) has not had any downtime with them. I became very disappointed with their service and cancelled.
