When OLM's hosting worked it was OK. But all hosts, even the best, experience problems and it is the speed and quality of support that are important. OLM distinguished themselves by consistently providing little or no support. Our e-commerce web site went down for 2 days at one point before they responded to our email. Email responses were cryptic or unintelligible at best.
