Two years of successful and reliable hosting have been obliterated by a week of total disaster starting 08/19/2003 - no email / no access / no support / no interest ....are they even still in business ?

I'm crossing my fingers, 'cause each of the four sites I've set up with them have gone up quickly and without incident. Features like FrontPage2002 and e-mail accounts are easy to configure and are activated in less than the 10 minutes they give themselves.

Okay up until I checked my sites today. Both sites are down as well as the oneworld site. I may switch to another if they arent up tomorrow.

I've had pretty good success with oneworld. The service is pricey compared to some of the others out there, but the control panel is nice, and having phpMyAdmin available is a must. I've only dealt with their support once because of a weird email thing, but they were quick to resolve the problem and curteous throughout.
