I was with this hosting company for a year. There were several times that I had problems with the service but the majority of the time they were helpful. The problem came with I renewed my hosting service for a year. I paid $17 for the domain name and I paid $22 for a couple more months of hosting. After I paid, they informed me that the domain name had expired and I could not get the name again. I asked for my money back and that was the last I heard from them. I've sent several emails. It's been 3 months.
