Absolutely no support at times.
very very dificult to contact any one by phone. Moderately frequent down time.

Out of all budget hosts this is the best one I have ever worked with. What I enjoy most among the zoo of common and uncommon features you get is the speedy and efficient support. Specially the helpdesk gets answered within 15 or 30 minutes, email takes a little longer (and forum threads are almost ignored). Page-Zone seems to be excellent for multiple domain hosting as well.
Please bear in mind that the plan listed here belongs to history. Mine cost half and offers much, much more...
