They are terrible, rude and they tried to bill me after my contract expired.  They DID remove the extra charge, but they never apologized.  I would never use them again.  If you want to get an idea of the rudeness check out the reply to the post from the person who hosted buzibee.com with them.  The response is so rude. 
Their "ticket" system is terrible.
I have not been with them in almost 8 months and I received an e-mail from them about the "hacker" problem.
