I changed servers when my site stopped functioning, their phone number was disconnected and received no response from any emails I sent them. I did, however just receive a credit for the rest of my year's payment, 2 weeks after I sent an email instructing them to do so. I didn't expect a response, so I was surprised. If anyone had to change servers, try contacting billing at this number: 888-888-257-2052 opt #3 Obviously something happened and they should have tried to reach their customers. I gave them a 1 rating for the hassle, but added 1 for the credit. Good luck.
