I see most of the review was bad ones. I would try to be fair here in my comments.

I registered with readyhosting in December 2001 (from friend's recommendation). Really good value at USD99 for 500MB per year. Instant and hassle free setup. I made some mistake during setup and the staff did a good and fast job in resolving my problem. Up to April 2002, I would say I got no problem at all with readyhosting. In the period, I never find my site or e-mail down and the speed is good.

My bad experience start in April. Few days back, I found that all my e-mails and my entire site was not accessible. I submitted a trouble ticket and I got a shock. The reply was "Your site was cancelled". My account suppose to last until December 2002, so I start complaining and they later replied that "Your site was cancelled BY MISTAKE". I really can't accept this cause my whole office is relying on the e-mail and it was just a few days to my site launch date. Everyone including my boss was screaming on me. Fine, they later come back and told me that they had restored my site, and they did, the site was up again after down for a day. However, I found that all my e-mail is still inaccessible. And up to now, it is already 3 days the e-mail was completely down.

I can still accept the downtime if your server was hit by technical problem or hacker, but for this time, my site and e-mail was down because readyhosting ACCIDENTALLY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. And I am not asking for much, just expecting them to do their very best to get my site and e-mail up ASAP since I feel that it was their mistake in the first place (sorry if you feel I am wrong). Due to urgency of the matter timezone difference, I stayed awake whole night for two nights just to wait for reply on my trouble ticket and I would say the reply sometime takes hours, although some do come in within minutes I submit them. Up to today, my e-mail is still down, all the staffs in my office complaining, my boss screaming at me, my client called and said all the mails to us bounced back, till now, there was still no solution and the worse is I am sitting down here and can't do anything about it. This case really got me into real trouble and almost cost me my job.

I take this as everyone make mistake, so I just hope my site and email will be running ASAP and hope that the same things will never never happen again to me.
