I have routinely lost log files, had statistics malfunctions, had the website go down. Customer support takes several days to respond and several weeks to solve problems. The company does not recognize its 99.9% uptime guarantee.

I liked my service with Speedyweb.. They are somewhat personal and very knowledgeable about what they do.. Their tech-support blows everyone's else's out of the water..

This host is absolutely nonprofessional!
I had/have a site hosted there. And in the meantime I am just looking for a way out of the contract.
Reason:
They change the servers configuration without warning!
When you ask them for their plans for the next week (so you can at least avoid avery single page from breaking) they simply dont answer.
They are using "wonderdesk"-CRM-system.
When you ask questions they dislike they just close these issues and thats it. Without a single answer!!
They screwed a couple of other sites I heard of and I am in contact with some webmasters. They are totally in despair because they started some promotion thingie a couple of days before speedyweb broke their site (these guys sent out more than 5000 mails to potential customers who then saw nothing but a broken site).
