I have tried many, many hosts. Some would seem excellent during the whole set-up and 'honeymoon' stage only to fall apart after a few months. ThinkHost has only increased my appreciation for their plans and service over time. There has been *NO* downtime. The techs are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
ThinkHost is very supportive of Open Source Technology which is a stance that has value beyond the apparent.
If you want reliable, fast servers; affordable plans, a full development environment, and fast courteous service, ThinkHost is there for you.

We've been hosted by ThinkHost for over 18 months now - the quality of customer support is great, and they don't promise what they can't deliver. They really do listen to what their customers want and are constantly enhancing their services. A great host for those just starting out as well as seasoned site owners.
