Website is always down, CSR's never resolve issues, and we seem to have a different problem EVERY week. Looking for a new hosting plan currently because these guys stink!

My site has been down 4 times in the last 6 weeks. In fact, it's down right now 6/1/2003 11:52am! They promise 99% uptime...what a joke. They promise 24/7 tech support...yeah, through a canned voicemail greeting stating that 'all servers are up' a your site is as dead as a doornail! Make your own decision, but my advice is to KEEP LOOKING!!!!

Their scripts could not properly setup security for my website. I had no permission to create/delete directories for days. It appears that one person runs this whole operation and does not return phone calls and tries to make up cheap excuses as to why he doesn't return calls.

This host doesn't even use a secure server when they are collecting credit card information! Unbelievable!

I cant believe the prompt service! I was with 2 other hosting companys prior to WHD, I thought I would never find a hosting company that Cares! Thank You and keep up the GOOD WORK!!
