I started hosting with this provider about a month back and so far, so good.  My site has been up and running smoothly and the 2002 FrontPage server extensions have really made a difference.  (My former hosting company, Earthlink did not have the capacity to update to the 2002 extensions and that was my reason for the switch.) Upon choosing this provider I was hesitant at first because they do not provide 24 hr telephone tech support.  I always seemed to spend endless amounts of time on the phone with Earthlink tech support for both web hosting and dial-up.  Web Intellects offers a combination special of hosting and dial-up, and thankfully I have not had to contact tech support once.  It is great to be able to upload new material to my site without any error messages such as "Cannnot find Server 80...".  This error message was a normal occurance with Earthlink and I can honestly say I have not received this message at all in the past month.  And it's funny how my modem never seems to "spiral out" as I was constantly told time after time by the techs at Earthlink in both web hosting and dial-up support.  I would recommend this provider to anyone looking for top dollar web hosting at a reasonable charge, especially if you are a small business like myself.  It's wonderful to pay 1/2 as much as I was paying and in return receive double the quality of service.  I am forever grateful to the reseller and web designer I met through www.webhostingratings.com
who recommended Web Intellects to me, and I would gladly pass that recommendation on to anyone looking to make a change!
