I have been hosting with Webburner for about 4 months. They experienced significant problems with initial set up. Once these problems were overcome they were quite reliable until recently, at which point they appeared unable to cope with the latest round of virus attacks. The initial onslaught took down their servers for about 36 hours. Within a week their servers went down again. Their technical response team informed me that "This is not their fault. It is a problem with Microsoft's Operating System." I imagine that the folks in Redmond would not agree. In any case, this company appears to be admitting to me, their customer, that they are incable of providing reliable Windows hosting. Conseqeuently, if you want reliable hosting, consider a different operating system, a different hosting company, or both. (Because these guys will tell you to your face that they cannot deliver.)
While their support people are friendly and courteous, they do not appear able to deliver the goods - not if you are relying on your site for business purposes.
Their prices are low, but in the end I guess you get what you pay for.
