I've been with another host prior to transferring to westhost that promised out of this world packages such as unlimited POP, high transfer and high storage. However, as the saying goes, you pay for what you get. I ended up with poor uptime.
I finally decided to switch to Westhost. Although they are not very generous in some features, you can count on them being an extremely stable and reliable host. I'm monitoring my server and so far, I've been having a 100% uptime! The uptime and speed definately outweigh the benefits of having such features as unlimited POP and high storage. What's the use of that if no one can access your site? Customer service is available round the clock and, answers get answered pretty quickly through emails.
