I've had about 2 dozen domains hosted with 9NetAvenue/XO via a reseller account for 4 years or so now. The hosting has been reliable though I have had some mysterious email outages that no-one has been able to track down.
Aside from this, their sales people are pretty "economical with the truth". I was told that the storage space allocations excluded server log files but now the vast majority of my space is taken up with logs that I can't prune. Tech support is also less than excellent - it took them about 4 months to get SSL set up on one of my accounts a couple of years ago and I had one occasion where a mistake in their billing dept caused all my domains to be shut down without any warning.
