Got this site for a friend who is technically impaired - everything went well; I needed to be away for a month - in that time, they changed all email passwords; and the procedure they give you to access your account does not work. Customer support was automated for the first 18 emails I sent them, when a human finally contacted me, the procedure they gave me did not work. I will be talking to my friend about switching hosting; as this is unacceptable.
