We've had our site hosted with these folks for nearly a year now, and for the first several months they were excellent all around.
However, earlier this year FTP access and web serving became spotty (e.g. a page will be displayed correctly on one visit, and fail to include a few graphics the next; FTP server giving 'too many users' errors at login). These were not significant until late February, and still are not terrible, but appear to be a trend.
Last month we attempted to open a second account with them; their registration CGI failed repeatedly over the course of several days. The receptionist on the phone sounded nervous and was evasive; noone was available to help us set up a new account. Days later the call was returned.
Needless to say, the new account was not placed with them and when the prepaid year is up on the existing account, it too will be off to a new host.
