Before you sign up, you need to estimate what kind of support you need. I offer my experience as one data point. I have been unhappy with the responsiveness to my four requests for support. I outline my experience so you can judge for yourself.
Request #1: Aug. 27: Submit request for ssh shell access, as per hosting company's docs Aug. 30: No response, send follow up query Aug. 30: Request resolved. Time from submission to resolution: 3 days
Request #2: Sept. 10: Request possible IP addresses of my website so I can modify my local firewall rules Sept. 13: Request resolved. Time from submission to resolution: 3 days.
Request #3: Sept. 17: Request info necessary for obtaining SSL certificate. Sept. 17: Request resolved. Time from submission to resolution: 1 day.
Request #4: Sept. 19: Request that SSL certificate be installed. Oct. 1: Request still not resolved. Time from submission to resolution: 14 days and counting.
