My experiences have mirrored D Teed's earlier review. There were many problems in December with disk space.
I've had a web site for just over nine months at php webhosting and for the last two months, the reliability has been poor. Granted, they've been updating their software, but that doesn't account for all of the outages lately.
Customer support is pretty bad, too. Emails don't always get answered. In fact, my web site is down today, and I have no idea why. I sent email this morning, haven't received a response.
I'm now in the market for another webhost with comparable offerings.
