Things were good until go.phpwebhosting.com lost two drives out of the three in its RAID array. They did get a replacement server up and restore basic access.
They are not answering tickets to setup SSH access and phpmyadmin does not show databases at all... I have all my data backed-up and have ftped it back on the server I just cannot use either commandline or web mysql access to get my databases setup again.
It has been two days and there have been no updates on the status of the old server and not a single ticket has been closed. I am seriously considering switching to pair for real hosting since this stopped a demo of a page for a client.
I would really have like them to a least continued to sent out status reports at least once a day...
I guess you really do get what you pay for!
