As I write this, our site is down and, for the first time, you get the phpwebhosting control panel when you try to access our site. We've been getting disk full errors for months off and on, with no resolution. We are on a 14G server with 217 other sites and PHPwebhosting promises 125Megs + more if you need it. Doing the math, that means we would have to be on a 27.25G server. The other problem is they are insistent that you only contact them via trouble tickets which you have to file via your control panel. But, if you site is down, so is your control panel, so you can't. Sending help requests to their "support" email brings curt "use your control panel to submit tickets." We were very happy with them until the first of the year when things slowly started going south. It's gotten much, much worse recently.
