The problems occurred when I requested some changes made to my server set-up (Make a Linux top domain the top domain of a windows server and move a Linux virtual domain as the new head server for my Linux server) all of which cost a total of 4.5 weeks, 75 emails, 28 long distance phone calls from Germany, 8 days of server down time, two of my customers taking their business elsewhere, and AIT reputation as the number one hosting service in the industry. What do I want as severance? First and foremost there should be no fee for the fiasco of setting up either of the new servers, as that is the root of our problems with one another. Secondly, I feel that I should have a number of hosting months at no cost to compensate my business losses. I have a number in mind that is not outrageous, but I would like to hear what your solution will be. Thirdly, I am strongly considering other hosting solutions, including a dedicated server. These future expansions would hopefully be easier with AIT?
In the end they turned down my request for any refund!!!
