Plan used: I have had several plans, started with a 2+ and moved up from there.
Customer service rating: 1 out of 10
Technical quality rating: 5 out of 10

I have been with them a long time. They have recently implemented many changes without notice. Billing department has always been a nightmare, but now all departments have become a nightmare. Tech support does not seem to actually read the support questions before rendering an answer. And the answer is that it is not their fault. DO NOT sign up with this company. I am still removing sites, that is why I do not say who I am. If I do, they may make matters even worse, although that would be difficult.
