The worst service possible. Highly underqualified individuals. Complete ineptitude in every possible way. Despite a good price for hosting, our very large and very high profile web site didn't last 4 months with AT&T. In fact, we are STILL betting billed for services despite moving the site to a different company 6 months ago. Our site was irresponsibly taken offline for three days despite our warning AT&T several times before it happened. Once it did happen, no one was available on the weekend -- our busiest time of the week -- to restore the site online. Only one of many horror stories. My guess is that they tried to run a low-budge operation by paying low wages (based on the clueless tech support personnel) and having low-quality facilities. SOP for a big telecom these days, of course. "You pay peanuts, you get monkeys." Well, it cost them this customer. Never again, not even for free.
