I've been hosting 2 sites with addr for a couple of years now. When the sites are up, they're great.  My download speeds reach up to 168KBS via my cable connections.  Also they offer a lot of features including cgi, ftp, telnet (on demand), auto responders, detailed site stats, lots of megs (I go over my limit and they never complain), unlimited forwarding, catch all email, customized 404 error page, FrontPage support, etc.  The price is low $9.99 per month (their $7 plan won't work for most people as it does not allow you a www.yourname.com).  So why don't I give them a 10? As I said they're great as long as you don't need service.  When my sites go down, which happened a few times in the past year, the only thing I could do is pray it will be fixed soon! I tried calling them several time, and each time I'm put on hold for almost 30 minutes (not an 800 # so I'm payin the for the call), and so far about 90 I hang up without being able to talk to anyone.  I also tried getting their support by email, and I always get a "canned" response that someone copies and pastes in a reply message.  The response is always polite but NEVER useful.  For example, last week I noticed we were LOSING EMAIL messages.  This is a BIG PROBLEM if you are a business as you could miss an order or piss off a customer.  ADDR never mentioned the problem, so I sent them a support request by email.  2 days later I get an answer "Yes we were having issues with one of our email server and they're fixed and everything is fine now".  What does that mean exactly! What "issues" and what happened to all that email that I never received! How do I get it back? Also, if my customers didn't tell me that they sent me email that I never received, I would have never known about these "issues".  How come no public announcement or apologies to customers regarding these "issues"? BTW I tried emailing ADDR back with these questions, and their "auto routing" email server refused to accept my email!!!
So my advice is this: If you want lots of feature, low price, and great download speed but don't need service and can live with occasional lost emails and occasional down-time, then addr is for you.  However, if you're like me own a business and can't afford "issues" like this, then you better look for something else.  This is what I'm doing by the way, and webhostingratings.com is helping me do it :)
