Claimed 24x7 support. Not true. Chat service appears and disappears. No one answers phone. Simple Frontpage 2002 issue not resolved after 2 weeks.
Promised 3 free months, started billing in 3 days.
Tech support rude when actually contacted. Pretend to be an american company and are not.
