I cancelled my account, and now 10 months later they send me a bill for the last 10 months! Plus they will NEVER answer the phone and it takes 2-3 weeks for an email reply. If they are truthfully so busy that they can not answer the phone and delay emails for weeks than they must be making a ton of money, maybe they should hire someone to answer the phones. ? VERY UPSETTING! Also, in their email they state that they will take action with credit reporting agencies if not paid. POOR SERVICE to say the least.
