*Site was often very slow

THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF! TRUST ME, I'M A WEB DEVELOPER AND KNOW ABOUT QUALITY. WHEN I WAS A CUSTOMER OF AFFINITY, THEY PROVIDED ZERO QUALITY. THERE EMAIL PORTAL IS ALWAYS DOWN, I PAID FOR A YEAR IN ADVANCE AND THEY DINIED IT AND CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP TWICE. FINALLY I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. WANT TO ADD I LEFT A POSITIVE FEEDBACK NOTE A FEW MONTHS BACK BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON AND I DIDN'T WANT TO LOSE ANY DATA. SERIOUSLY-NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Email problems, upload problems, password problems, customer service rudeness. Very terrible, would never recommend affinity to my worst enemy.

I been hosting with Affinity for three years and I am pleased.  I've never had a problem with the site being down, and they have useful, detailed site management and administrative tools.  Quirks -- some problems getting confirmation that the file transfer process was completed successfully--when using Frontpage. But all files make it there -- and its painless -- I never worry about the site.

I just need to warn people that it may be in their best interest to stay away from Affinity, because they are directly connected to HostSave.com. If you aren't aware of HostSave's business practices, please look it up, either here or with the Better Business Bureau. On the BBB's site, you will see that Affinity has an UNSATISFACTORY BUSINESS RECORD.

I've been using Affinity for quite some time now.  I just experienced the first down time I've had with them.  They're up 99.9% of the time.  Customer service is quick and responsive, generally knowledgeable, polite, and professional.  I rated them all 9's 'cause I don't give 10's.

The up time is excellent.  Thier response time over the weekend is not that great.  Overall, these guys are really good.
