Never have I had such wonderful custermer service. If I have a question someone if there to help almost immediately. The service itself is top notch. I have never had any down time on my site. I have step by step instruction whenever I need it. Not to mention that the price is great! Thanks guys!

This server has been great since day one with prompt customer service and a good attitude. I've never had a problem with my webpage being "down" because of them and I've been VERY satisfied!!!

They have hardly any downtime on there servers. If I have any problems they are very fast to help fix it. The Techsupport is great.
Alpha1Hosting does not cram there servers with so many accounts that it slows me down. They are the best I have ever used.

It's been almost a week, no problems yet. My database works, I haven't noticed any downtime, the admin tools are all in order--though I'd prefer a more interactive file manager (like the one in Webmin.) All in all, it's looking like a good choice so far--- but watch out for a $1.50 USD fee on every credit transaction. That kind of skews the price a bit... so far, -really- worth my time and money! I can't comment on their customer service, because I haven't needed it yet :)

I have had a few people asking me about the $1.50 credit card processing fee, this will be eliminated completely. You do have other payment options to avoid this charge in the mean time, including Paypal, money order, or a check. We are in the process of becoming an authorize.net customer. This will eliminate this processing fee charge completely in the near future.

This is really about the best service you can get for not very much money. Both the speed of the servers and the bandwidth make web sites quick and responsive. Tools are there for just about everything, and there aren't many surprises -- except the $6 rate you see on this site is for a one-year contract, paid up front. Domain registration is $9.99 and went smoothly. Overall, very good service.

Before I signed up, they were great at responding to my emails. As soon as they had my money, they didn't even open an account for me. I waited FIVE days, before giving up and demanding my money back. On their sign up page they say you'll be activated within 24 hours - NOT TRUE!

For all concerned, the reason Sebastian's account was not live within 24 hours because he failed to read his email setup information closely. He did not change his nameserver information and therefore his domain name (ex.yourname.com) didn't probagate to our webserver, this was of no fault to Alpha 1 Hosting.

This is my first time designing a website on a non-corporate server, so I'm pretty new to most of the processes. The guys at Alpha 1 were more than helpful with any problems I encountered, and the speediness of their responses is impressive. Great support. Great host.

I was very pleased with the way they initally set up my site no there was no downtime while swithing hosts and I am please with the additional features they have added to my package with no extra cost to me, like visitor statistics that I can understand, spam and virus detection.
