I started as most do with a free site. Had trouble with online interface not working pages that would disapear or not publish ect. Liked the look and options so after reading about how you could get priority support in 2 hours for $17.95 a month I opted for it. Well a month later and a poorly working site and hundreds of unanswered e-mails later I conclude there is no support at all. I still in over a week have not been able to get an answer from anyone. I obtained their phone number from the BBB and they dont even answer that. I have just been charged again for site even though I have emailed billing to cancel upgrade(they also do not reply) most of the email forms on their site go to non working email addresses like the complaints one. I have now contacted the BBB and chamber of commerence in UT to try and resolve getting my money back as they do not answer any emails.
