I've been using Bluedomino for almost two years and was very happy with the service for the first year. Unfortunately, email service has grown very poor. I operate a number of high-traffic message boards used for history discussion. The message board software allow for "automatic response notification" and the production of a "daily digest" of messages. Posters choose if they want to be notified when there message is responded to and the digests are sent only to subscribers. Bluedomino has continually made changes with their "sendmail" settings and their "anti-Spam" software to the extent that any use of "sendmail" is almost impossible. The online support is awful. I believe they have a bunch of "tweakers" at Bluedomino who care little for the effect that there "probably undocumented" changes have on their customers. Without resolution to this problem I will have to move to a new service. I started out using the CoffeeCup products and then bought their web service. I doubt I'll stick with them after this experience.
There prices are going up and my plan, which was originally unlimited is now very limited and getting more expensive.
I thought a lot of CoffeeCup and Bluedomino. Apparently they're on the decline.
