Uptime and speed are good. Prices are good. Support is bad to awful. They have a chat window that goes something like this:
Me: Hi BD: Hello. My name is ____. How may I help you. Me: I'm having problem x.
10 minute pause like I have nothing better to do.
BD: I'm sorry you're having this problem. Let me check into it.
10 minute pause
Me: Hello????
5 minute pause BD: Sorry for the delay. I will have to talk to an admin when they decide to show up. You will be contacted by e-mail. BD: Is there anything else I can help you with.
Me: Yes Session terminated by host.
(never notified by e-mail)
In addition to this they use some e-mail scheme that doesn't allow me to send e-mail to several domains such as AOL or Road Runner. It gets blocked as spam. I'm not sure if that's something Blue Domino is doing or if it's at the other end, but it's incredibly annoying not to be able to send an e-mail to friends, family, business contacts etc. Many e-mails I send out gets returned as undeliverable which has resulted in lost business.
