This host is terrible. They are done atleast once a month. Usually 3 days or month. I never had 30 days in a row without them being done. There is no way they'll give you 50-200 gig a month of transfer. I had a deal with them for 80 gig a month and after 27 gig were used up at the end of the month. They terminated the account and said I abused their system. They make claims to get you to sign up. Don't plan on ever using all that month gig you paid for or they'll kick you off. Bob Hockenberger is simply a reseller, or a middle man. When he did send out an update on his server his typing was worse than a 2nd grader. Their download speed varies but it was only around 80k.

The service is terrible and the down time out weighs the up time of the server. The server is also very slow.

The server is down very often. The control panel never works. Customer support is the worst... we have lost a lot of sales...
