I signed up with Burlee because of their unlimited hosting plan. I went over the contract with a fine tooth comb and thought it would be a good deal.
I spent a day uploading files and then suddenly couldn't upload anymore. I contacted tech support and was told that there's a cap on the amount of graphics files that you can store in your account. They claimed this was in the contract, but the wording of the rule they pointed out to me appeared to be in reference to something other than graphics. I wasn't very happy, and I felt Burlee was being dishonest to lure people in.
I immediately canceled my account. I think they kept my set up fees, which pissed me off. But I guess I'm lucky they didn't keep more of my money!
