I got what was advertised in the package which was a lot for just $60/year. However I found the helpdesk to be unprofessional (asking for my password via email, for example) and, well, not always very helpful. It was often difficult to get clear, meaningful answers.
The fact that their support page crashed the first time I used it didn't inspire confidence. The problem turned out to be that I used a contraction in my problem description ("can't access...") and the single quote broke the SQL statement that tried to save my comments. Was I really the first person ever to use a single quote in a support request?!?
Also, the server seems to be rebooted monthly based on the uptime info displayed in the control panel.
At $60/year it is certainly a bargain but I'd think more of the company if they raised their prices and support quality both.
