I've used cedant for nearly a year. They used to be great, but around the first of June, they went to hell.
Like the other reviewers have noted, the main problem is in their e-mail servers. I've had numerous instances where e-mails sent to me by my clients has been lost. Also, most Monday mornings have seen at least an hour or two of "unable to connect to mail server" type messages.
I have attempted to contact their tech support many times via e-mail and only received a handful of replies. I've also attempted to call their tech support phone number, over 100 times...not once have I reached a live human being. I have left numerous (non-profane) voice mails, but not once has a call been returned.
I have even attempted to call their Sales and Billing departments, but cannot reach a live person.
