I was with Cedant for about 2 years. After the upgrade in June, my site was down a lot and email was not accessible. I switched in August. I read several reviews on this site that talked about billing problems, so before I switched I called my credit card company and told them I lost my card. They canceled the card and issued me a new one. After I switched to another hosting company, I got an email invoice from Cedant, and then email telling me my card was no longer valid, and that they were unable to collect for the next year. They threatened to disable my website. I responded to the email explaining that I was no longer their customer, but the emails kepts coming (I probably got 10 of them over the next month). I started forwarding them to tech support. I guess they eventually figured it out. At least they cooperated in the trasfer and did it in a timely manner. I guess I should have given them a 2.
