I started with them a year ago and I was happy at first. Then they changed operating systems and they lost my site. After about a week we got it back but things just are not the same. They keep making changes, always for the worse. I don't get replies on my support request, phone or email. Today I couldn't upload any file that began with a P and all my jpegs and gifs are all screwed up when viewed at the site. Again, no support replies. No use even trying to fix the site, everything I do is damaged so I'll just have to delete and upload again. What a complete waste of time. Run! Stay away from this company! I'm searching for a replacement right now! Gregg
