I uses their shared hosting service for my website for about 5 months, and has been experienced some serious downtime. 1 day downtime happened couple times. The worst is it's down for 3+ days and give no expalation, just try to hide the serverity of the problem. After that downtime, I don't trust dellhost any more, how can I trust a tech company which is so reckless and light on technology? So I had to moved to another hosting service.
