I used them almost entirely as a file server and for email. The email was horrid. The control panel is broken too - you wouldn't expect this from Dell, would you?
The problem is that when you create an account and ask it to autoforward, and then later ask it to stop autoforwarding, it does not acknowledge you saving the change making it not autoforward anymore.
I also frequently lose access to pop3 and frequently get problems like multiple emails, people getting warnings that my account is full when it isn't, and mail taking a long time to get email.
They also put you on hold a loooong time and their front line techs are dumb as rocks and don't always speak the best English.
Way way way too expensive, too.
Will be leaving soon for ICDsoft.com, in all probability.
