We just don't feel DellHost is living up to the reputation of their name. I was able to reach tech support in short time by phone (and I usually reach the same person) ... I don't know how big is their tech support team. Server uptime has not been so great since the last few months. Their major relocation of their servers during the week of December had cost us financial damages b/c length of time was much longer than asked for. Their email server had been down a few times and that's pretty bad b/c if we can't retrieve mails, we can't respond to customer's questions, and we basically lost many potential customers. As of now (1/24-25) the entire DellHost server seems to be down as we can't access our site, can't access their site (dellhost.com) to access the control panel to change email, the mail server is completely shutdown. We lost so much and we're in the lookout for a new hosting. It's just too bad.
