I've had a couple bad experiences with this company since Dell sold it. The worst was in December when my website was more or less unavailable for a week while the site was moved to new servers in a new location. (The interruption was supposed to be a few hours.) More recently it was unavailable for a day during the SQL bug attack. The company ignores all my emails asking for improvement or compensation. I am thinking of finding a new host, and I certainly would not recommend Dellhost to anyone else.
