Two months of frustration.  Control Panel never let me create subdomains (had to submit help ticket to fix DNS), wouldn't let create add-on domains (had to submit help ticket to fix DNS), email normally worked (but then again - who knows what I missed?).  I almost always had 25-50% packet loss and the server seems to be rebooted several times a day (7 times in a single 6 hour session).  Mind you, this was under a reseller account - I was suppose to be able to 'resell' their hosting and email services.  I ended up losing 14% of my customer base and giving refunds to the remainder (as well as a blood oath that I would leave this lousy provider).  Yes, I was an idiot and popped for a full years service up front to get a cheaper price and expect to eat that as a costly mistake on my part.  Never again.  After 2 months, 8 help tickets (each with several email exchanges as a result) and setting up the site (and sub-sites) no less than 25 times - I ended up with all sites and email working.  24 hours later I had 1 somewhat working website and 8 working emails - for a 90% capability loss.  The response from support was 'Huh, the DNS records are corrupt'.  In the immortal words of 'Steve - A Super Vilain', 'That was the last Straw'.  I leased a dedicated self-administered Linux box, 6 hours later - all my sites were up with working email and it's been running 'untouched' for three weeks now.  As I said before, never again.

If by some miracle DigiHosters refunds the unused portion of my service, I'll come back here and note it as such.  But don't hold your breath, you'll turn blue.

DonC.

DigiHosters did refund my money.  I asked for the unused portion with an explanation of 'most' of the problems encountered which dated back to the beginning of my service with them.  DigiHosters refunded all of the fees - not just the unused portion.  I still wouldn't recommend DigiHosters, but I did get treated fairly in the end.

Thank you,
DonC.
