After I signed up for their service, I had to wait almost a week, for my domain to be live; it only took 2 days with my existing host. Emails took an extraordinary long time to be delivered to my inbox and uptime was questionable.
When I finally decided to cancel my account (2 weeks after signing up) I realised that the 30 Day money back guarantee is the worst BS i've seen. I've sent repeated emails and have yet to receive a single dime. You essentially pay for what you get. There are trade offs in everying!
I might add that the hosting speed is suprisingly good!
I would recommend that if you choose to go with DOT5, go on a monthly plan.
