Used to be reliable, but a series of long outages over the last 3 months made them untenable.
HOWEVER, the REAL problem isn't the unreliability. It is the so-called 'support'.
Take a look at their site. Telephone number? No. Clear support offer/email? No.
Dig deep through all sorts of barriers and you will find a contact form. It might as well not be there.
Contact them and get canned text back, which doesn't answer the question. Re-contact them and be prepared to have your notes not even read properly, as they are likely to repeat the same canned text.
Oh yes, and don't expect this to happen quickly. They don't seem to bother checking very often at all. I got one response per DAY, and yes, my site was down during this.
They are probably my biggest ever hosting mistake.
