I wish I would have done some research before deciding to host with Entryhost.com.  I had been hosting my domains with Registerfly (which I had had no problems with), and since Registerfly was offering an easy way to provide hosting, I took it. 

The cooperation between Registerfly and Entryhost is non-existent.  Registerfly offers 'unlimited' e-mail forwarding, for example, but if you host with Entryhost, you only get 1.  I tried using Registerfly's DNS to 'point' the site to Entryhost's servers, but it didn't work (Entryhost uses some unorthodox DNS entries) and Registerfly's tech support (what a joke, those guys can't even speak decent English) were no help.

Then, my FTP account stopped working (the password was invalid all of a sudden).  The site started losing images and throwing 403 errors.  I sent in a ticket right away, but got no response for over 24 hours.  I e-mailed their 'feedback' e-mail and actually got a response from a 'Global Domain Manager' who said he would investigate my problem and help me right away.  He didn't even reply to my repeated e-mails over the next 48 hours until I informed him that I was requesting a refund.

Avoid Entryhost like the plague!!

Thanks to this site, my client's site is now happily running on ICDSoft's hosting plan.
