I signed up with EntryHost.com over 4 days ago because they promised to put sites up on the web in about 10 minutes. I have still not received the necessary information to upload my site to the web. They had no problem running my credit card, but they have a major problem with their support system. There's no way to e-mail them (you just get an autoresponder telling you to use their online "support ticket" system. When you try to use this, it says "unable to connect". If one does go through, they'll respond in about 24 hours and ask for more information and tell you to submit a new ticket. It's the most aggravating experience I've ever endured. I'm still waiting to see if they'll fix the problem, but I'm still not sure if they understand what my problem is since the only way to contact them isn't very functional
